Nutritional recommendations for athletes

We once had the opportunity to share a sports diet recommended for specific cases. Now let's talk generally and make nutritional recommendations for athletes with tips on how to be the food of people who exercise.

Keep in mind that the athlete must consider two key elements for food:
(1) Energy requirements of your body
(2) Periods of sport activity.

Physical activities requires nutritional measures as appropriate, and while the diet for someone who works with power and weight training has certain characteristics, but diet has different characteristics of someone who made athletics.
So while sports requiring strength 4000/4500kcal per day, requiring endurance sports 3200/3500kcal daily diets. Note that the diet should be varied, balanced and sufficient.
Finally, nutrition for athletes of maintaining a balanced and constant weight, maintain healthy amount of body fat and ensure that athletes get the best possible state of health.
