The minerals are those essential chemical elements for the normal metabolic operation. Along vitamins, it is used to regulate a great amount of essential functions for our organism. • Zinc: It takes part in the metabolism of proteins and stimulates the activity of approximately 100 enzymes. It also collaborates in the good operation of the immunological system. In addition, it is necessary for the healing of the wounds.
