The perfect healthy family

Health is defined as the state of disease free physical and mental capacity and this requires sufficient nutritive diet and stress free environment. But our curriculum leaves little room for self care and fitness. The family here assumes a very significant role. Regular timely meals ensure systematic occurrences of bodily processes. Moreover packed lunch for school children and officer goers also holds equal importance because roadside junk food is the major cause for the many stomach disorders. Each individual has a sense of duty towards themselves and this can best be taken care of by timely meals and personal hygiene.
