Nutrition: Old age diet
Well balanced diet and adequate intake of nutrition food is required for people in their old age. Hence a proper diet chart is to be made and followed so as to avoid complications at that age. Few factors are to be taken into consideration such as avoidance of rich food such as sweets, fried food and junk food. Adequate intakes of calcium products that will help reduce the weakness in the bone. Fatty food to be avoided at all costs. Modification to the food is also important as there is a considerable loss in the dentures. Supplements of Vitamin D should also be provided for better health.
