We all know that health is wealth so it is one of our major concern to ensure that we take care of our health.Nutrition and family health goes hand in hand.For maintaining a proper and fit health a nutritious and healthy diet is very important.unhealthy diet can lead to an injurious impact on our health and can cause deficiency diseases like Scurvy and Kwashiorkor.Nutrients are of six types such as carbohydrates,fats,minerals,protein,vitamins and water.Calories also form an important part of diet because it is a form of energy but it should be consumed in right amount,overconsumption of calorie can lead to weight gain.
