Health is a major cause for concern for a family especially with kids. Fast food is convenient but not at all health. They have high calorie and harmful cholesterols. This has caused widespread obesity especially among the young. A healthy family is a happy family hence it is good to stick to health food. Firstly one should consult a nutritionist to prepare diet charts for the entire family. Growing children need a high calorie diet and adults need a diet according to their daily activity. The food should be oil free as far practicable. Food should be taken at regular interval. The theory of having one large meal and skipping the next two can harm your system.
