Mushrooms are considered to be one of the most nutritional food products nowadays. The most important factor in this context is that it has a very low calorie value. There are wide varieties and types such as Shitake, Agaricus, Maitake, Cordycep mushrooms, Reishi mushrooms, etc which are produced at different climatic conditions.
