Fruits and vegetables for an important part of any meal as it is full of nutrients. They help prevent chronic diseases related to the heart, diabetes and cancer. It is important to plan a meal with a lot of varieties of fruits and vegetables. These can be incorporated in numerous ways to provide a feel good factor to the taste buds. Simply adding some veggies to an omelet or a handful of cut fruit to an oatmeal is an easy way to add more nutrients to the diet. Moreover vegetable soups or a bowl of frozen yoghurt for dessert and roast vegetables kebabs is ideal for a tasty meal. In short, nutrients play an important role and should not be left out of the family diet.
