Hormones and other substances in the body ensure that everything is working correctly. If you do not eat the correct nutrient elements, your body can't produce these hormones and, as a consequence, can't function correctly. Eating wisely is important to stop sickness. When we don't get the proper nutrient elements, or body's natural defense system against sicknesses weakens, permitting viruses and bacteria to attack the body. It is like a well-trained army-if the regiment does not have enough to eat, it won't perform nicely in battle. Without healthy food and masses of water, our bodies simply couldn't operate on an everyday basis.
